Special Interest Group: Monochrome

Ilkley Camera Club supports two special interest groups, Creative and Monochrome.

The mono group meets online and at photo locations to explore subjects and techniques suited to monochrome photography. New members are welcome – please contact David James, dajames@ymail.com if you would like to join the group.

Current Members

There are currently twelve members who meet online about every six weeks. We have been meeting on Wednesday evenings, but this may change to Thursday.

Activities

Generally, we critique the images we show, and occasionally there is something specific to talk about relevant to mono.

Since the group was set up in the summer of 2021, we have had group visits to Heptonstall, St. Mary’s ruined church at Pateley Bridge, Penny’s farm in Ilkley and Bancroft Mill at Barnoldswick.
