On Friday April 16 Ilkley Camera Club held its Annual General Meeting. These are a few brief details which will be updated when the minutes are made available
The reports included details about the membership which has fallen slightly. Membership fees will be increased from the previous year.
It was reported that Zoom has provided better access to competition judges but that there has been a falling number of competition entries – for this reason the number of individual’s print entries has been increased to three. Members are encourage to review changes and additions made to the competition rules.
The number of outings has been maintained at a high level with good attendance. The current organises of the summer outings, Peter Farmer, has announced he will step down from this role next year. A volunteer for this role is needed.
The club continues without a President and committee members were elected
Ilkley CC continues to do well in external competitions.
Awards were given to those who were successful in competitions.
Andree Freeman was recognised for her outstanding contribution to the life of the club.
