Covid-19 may have prevented all the members of the club from meeting face to face but it has not stopped this year’s awards being presented. At the Zoom meeting on 11 September members saw an audio visual presentation of all the images that had won awards in the 2019-20 competitions. Then outgoing president Larry James made the final announcement – namely that the Fairbrother Trophy, for outstanding service to the Club, had been awarded jointly to Tim and Sharon Sawyer.
Co-president Andrée Freeman had meanwhile been busy making a tour of members houses to drop off the relevant trophies to their proud winners – maintaining appropriate social distance of course. We are happy to show some of the informal presentations.
