Club President, Larry James, took members on a journey through a year of photography on 13 March. Larry’s Raptors Project was much in evidence with shots from hides up and down the country and the daunting information that 28 hours spent in a hide might yield just five minutes of osprey action.
Slightly easier to photograph were sports events such as jet ski acrobatics and some similarly acrobatic ladies showing off their talents in woodland and in a disused factory.
This was serious photography made possible with persistence, patience and constantly striving to take work to higher levels.
