The official opening of Ilkley Camera Club’s 2019 Exhibition is on Saturday 4 May 2019. Members and the public are cordially invited.
Meet at Cliffe Castle Museum in Keighley in the ground floor conservatory (to the left of the main entrance) from 1.30 pm. The museum is providing light refreshments there.
At 2.00 pm Club President, Larry James, will invite Howard Tate MA(Phot) ARPS AFIAP APAGB – the President of the Photographic Alliance of Great Britain – to open the Exhibition. Then Howard and Larry, plus our members, friends and visitors, will proceed to the Bracewell Smith Balcony on the first floor to view the images.
Don’t forget to vote for your favourite photos in the Exhibition and read the background story of some of the images in our illustrated catalogue.
Please be aware that the exhibits are only accessible via a flight of stairs. For those who can’t manage the steps, there will be a folder containing images of all the works on the ground floor.
