Three heads are better than one, they say, and this was demonstrated on 11 October when members’ photos were critiqued by Andrée Freeman, Judy Parker and Sharon Sawyer.
Each brought their own viewpoint to their comments and suggestions for improvements, whether it be ideas about following or disobeying common photographic ‘rules’, how well an image lived up to its title, or what skills brought an image to life.
Their positive and contructive approach was appreciated by members, some of whom had not shown their work before and were encouraged to bring more of their work forward.
