Moving away from automatic mode on your camera may seem daunting but it opens up new possibilities and ultimately gives you more control over your photography. That was one of the key messages from Marion Payne’s talk about starting out in photography last Saturday at Cliffe Castle, Keighley.
The support of a good camera club is also invaluable especially if there are friendly members who are willing to share their knowledge.
Marion showed how her own work had developed since joining the Club and recalled some of the successes she has had in Club competitions.
