The talk at Ilkley Camera Club on Friday 18 September features miniature worlds created using macro lenses and other techniques. By a happy quirk if we take the name of Lilliput’s Gulliver and change one letter we get the surname of the guest speaker who is David Gilliver.
David is a distinguished creative photographer and modeller of tiny 2cm tall figures. David shows how he creates his weeny worlds and exposes the secrets of photographing these charming scenes. As an added bonus he will also talk about the art of light painting using long exposures.
Ilkley Camera Club is currently meeting via Zoom on Friday evenings at 7.30pm. Visitors are welcome to see the lecture, but need to book in advance by contacting us.
