A touch of the Irish: 28 August

Our guest speaker via Zoom on Friday 28 August at 7.30pm is Irish photographer Joe Houghton. He will be talking on Long Exposure Photography.

 Joe’s work has been featured in many Irish and international publications, in books, and by the Royal Photographic Society and the Photographic Society of South Africa. He is a Getty images contributor and an Adobe Certified Expert in Lightroom.

One recent review of his talk said “Joe has a great easy way of explaining how he goes about his long exposure photos, tips and tricks, equipment and even does some editing in Lightroom and Photoshop. His passion for photography shines through. … Best talk of the year so far.”

In 2019 he published a street photography guide entitled “Streets of Dublin”.
